A card on file is required when booking to hold your appointment. Fees will only be charged in cases where the below applies, and communication is not made. All fees must be paid before booking your next appointment.
48-Hour Notice RequiredCancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service(s).
No-ShowsNo-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
Running Late?Please let me know! Communication goes a long way and is always appreciated.
15-Minute Grace PeriodAfter 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a last-minute cancellation.
